Immediately seeking HVAC/Sheet Metal Mechanics for a large commercial construction project in Bastrop.

Shift is Mon - Fri starting at 7am with overtime depending on project needs

Pay is $30/hr.

HVAC/Sheet Metal Responsibilities:

Working on a commercial construction job site.
New construction projects from ground up.
Will be running sheet metal duct for HVAC on commercial sites.
Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal components and systems in commercial buildings.
Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products on site according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
Measure, cut, shape, and bend sheet metal using hand tools and power equipment.
Install HVAC/Sheet Metal ductwork, vents, and other related components.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:

Need to have a minimum of 4 years of experience running sheet metal duct work.
Must have previous sheet metal experience in commercial construction.
Need to have all the necessary tools for HVAC/Sheet Metal work on commercial construction.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Reliable transportation required.
