Immediately seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our team. Position is located in San Antonio and surrounding areas (Charlotte, TX, etc.) The Lead Plumber will run commercial projects and lead a crew of Apprentice Plumbers.

Job Details:

Pay is $27/hr. or scale jobs up to $48/hr.
Shift is 7am-4pm.

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
Coordinate daily work activities with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
Install commercial plumbing systems, including water, waste, vent, gas, and storm drainage systems.
Lay out plumbing systems and verify measurements before installation.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Schedule and assign tasks to crew members to maintain project timelines.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or system issues in the field.
Install piping systems (PVC, CPVC, copper, cast iron, steel, PEX).
Supervise and work with a 3-4-man crew of Apprentice plumbers.
Will work as a Journeyman on tools to assist with installs.

Requirements:

Valid Journeyman Plumbing License required.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints to meet deadlines and layout crew.
Will be required to work alongside crew of Apprentice Plumbers.
Must have tools and PPE.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
