Immediately hiring a Wash Rack Shop Tech for a large company in San Marcos, TX. This is a permanent position with advancement opportunities.

Pay is up to $20/hr. based on experience

Shift is Mon-Fri 6:45am-5pm (with Saturdays as required)

Duties:

Power was and clean equipment returning to yard (excavators, skid steers, forklifts, etc.)
Remove dirt, grease, mud, and debris from machines
Clean engines, undercarriages, and attachments
Use degreasers and cleaning chemicals safely
Inspect and perform check in/out procedures
Report any issues to mechanics or supervisors
Document equipment condition before and after usage
Maintain equipment inventory and document in software
Assist with loading and unloading equipment
Move equipment throughout the yard
Keep the wash rack area clean and organized

Requirements:

High school diploma
Seeking at least 1 year of work-related skills, knowledge or experience preferred
Valid Driver's License to get on site
Knowledge of machines and tools (uses, repair, and maintenance)
Ability to read and understand information or instructions presented in writing
Ability to operate the power washer, hand, and power tools
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures outside in yard and in open air shop
Must be able to lift. push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Requires prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements
